Shipping conditions
We ship your orders all over Europe/EU as well as to other countries. All orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Germany.
Shipping costs (including VAT)
Shipping inside Germany:
Free shipping when paying in advance or PayPal within Germany from 50 euros value of goods, otherwise:
DHL parcel 4,90 EUR
DPD parcel 4,90 EUR
From an order value of 50,00 € we deliver for free shipping cost.
Shipping in Europe/EU
DHL parcel 8,90 €
DPD parcel 8,90 €
Shipping in Norway, Switzerland, UK, Ireland
DHL parcel 14,90 €
Shipping in other countries
In countries outside Europe we ship with DHL. Shipping cost depends on the weight and will be calculated on the checkout after specifying the country of delivery
Delivery times
As far as in the article description no other period is indicated, the supply of the commodity takes place in Germany within 3 - 6 days, with foreign supplies within 5 - 8 days after confirmation of order (with agreed upon pre-payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
In the case of self-collection, we will inform you by e-mail about the provision of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
